DELIVERY

Within France:

Your orders will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday; orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on Monday).

Colissimo offers a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days within France (once the package has shipped). Colissimo delivery is only offered with signature. This delivery method is free within France for orders of €80 or more.

Internationally:

International orders take longer due to customs procedures (3 to 5 working days with Colissimo International). Any orders placed on the Bonjour Mantra website and delivered outside of France may be subject to taxes and customs duties to be paid when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of a product are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

RETURNS

You have a period of 30 days after the receipt of your order to return your purchases for a refund if they do need meet your expectations.

Returned products must not have been worn or washed and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition. No refunds will be granted if the items have been washed or are not in their original packaging.

We do not do standard exchanges. If you want a new size, a different model or another colour, just reorder via our e-shop and return your original order!

Regarding refund times: once they have been received by our logistics department, your returned packages will be processed within 10 working days and the refund will be carried out using the credit card (or PayPal account) used for payment. You will be notified of the refund by email.

NB: The returned package may have arrived at our logistics department but not finished processing... no need to contact us about your refund before the 10 days is up ;)
